“This place is horrible. No carpet in the entry ways. The air conditioner barely worked. The sliding back door was so hard to open the handle broke off. Not well maintained at all. The coffee was stale and disgusting. Old coffee machine. Full of dust.”

“The entire property is being remodeled. We were notified the day before our stay that key amenities (pool, spa, breakfast, etc.) would be unavailable. Cancellation was offered, but we only needed a place to sleep, so we stayed. We arrived around 3 p.m. while crews were still working, and their music carried across the property until about 5 p.m. The rooms appeared recently finished but still had strong paint/off-gassing odors. “This was an older clean property with very nice and helpful staff. The TV works only with the internet, which was down most of the time during my 2 day stay. The toilet rocket, cold water leaked continuously, and the weather stripping around the door was gone. I tried to let staff know, but the two times I walked to the office, the staff was not there. I did not realize they had no elevators and I am disabled. When I checked in, I had a second level room and the staff was very nice and moved me...

“So clean! Very pretty setting tucked back from a busy road. Places to sit on the balcony were welcome, where we were able to enjoy a quiet morning and smell the pine trees.”

“This hotel used to be our favorite in Branson. It used to have a great amenity, the indoor water park with slides, hot tubs and awesome poolside drinks and meals. We returned after a 2.5yr break from Branson and found out there’s nothing anymore. Now there’s really nothing that sets it apart from a Motel 6. Great prices though ”

“Most calming, beautiful scenery, huge windows with a beautiful view. Walked in and they put so much heart into decorating and had muffins, bottle of wine and music playing with the fireplace going. It was my husband and I 14th anniversary so it was amazing. ”

“We loved that the room had its own personality and was very comfortable. We needed our breakfast an hour early and they were happy to accommodate us; it was also delicious! Good coffee, too. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again.”
